Good-bye 2008. Hello 2009.

 

Every magazine, newspaper and television program seems to be all about lists right now: who was hot, who was not, top 10 of everything from movies to scandals, highlights and people of the year. No, I am not going to do our very own Top 10 from Bemz for 2008 but I was pleased that we managed to make a few lists ourselves and wanted to share:

1. Kristina of Pumpkin and Poppy had our New Baroque- Pale Turquoise cover on her "All I want for Christmas" wish list.
2. Bemz was one of "60 ways to Beat the Credit Crunch": Freshen up your furniture. Instead of upgrading your tatty Ikea sofa for a 2008 model, invest instead in some slipcovers. A new look costs as little as £65 with Bemz, whose website allows you to drag and drop the colors and patterns onto different sofa styles to see how they’d look.
3. Spanish Decoesfera lists Bemz gift certificates as a great gift idea for decorators as not only can the recipient get the personalized look they are after but even the gift certificates can be personalized by the sender.
4. Elizabeth of Quest Twenty Eight had a list of potential new covers from Bemz for her Nikkala sofa.
5. We were also listed as a great tip for stagers on by Roslyn on Active Rain, a real-estate network.
6. We were also mentioned by silive.com (Staten Island).
